Our culinary team is specialized in hearth cuisine, which to us is a mixture of warm and cozy foods that are perfect for the rainy days of Seattle. We follow the traditional French methods while balancing flavor with nutritional value. Our focus right now is making fresh baked French bread every day of service, and building those into tartines (French open face sandwiches). We're serving at your local farmers markets.
